Where can I receive care?
Telemedicine visits are available when you are physically located in Florida, including Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, and Cape Coral.
Can I have my visit in Spanish?
Yes. Visits are available in English and Spanish. Let us know your preferred language when scheduling.
Can every condition be treated online?
No. Your provider will determine whether telemedicine is appropriate. Some concerns need testing, an in-person examination, or urgent or emergency evaluation.
Are labs and medications included?
The listed fees cover the consultation. Laboratory testing, medications, and ongoing program fees, when applicable, are billed separately.
Will I receive a prescription?
A prescription is not guaranteed. Any medication decision is based on your individual evaluation, clinical appropriateness, and applicable requirements.
